Italy makes ISPs liable for content
Reuters reports that Italy has passed a law requiring ISPs to block child pornography websites within 6 hours of being notified.
The topic of illegal content on the internet is returning to the agenda at The 2007 Canadian Telecom Summit next June, with a special session on Monday, June 11.
